Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 7-14 working days to process your order and 3-4 weeks for customised/ bespoke orders. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way.

 

STORE PICKUP

If you are a Singapore customer, your orders can be picked up when it is ready. An email will be sent to inform you when it is ready for collection.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for orders made in Singapore. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 day after your order is ready using NinjaVan or SpeedPost. A shipping fee of $4.00 to $6.00 applies to all orders shipped locally.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As many of these items are specially customised, exchanges are strictly not allowed. Returns are allowed up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
